Combat Insomnia with Aromatherapy

Have you lately found that you do have trouble dropping off to sleep ? Or do you find that you haven’t got enough sleep during the night and feeling tired and not refreshed the next day ?
I know how you feel because I used to struggle with sleep for some time (well it was not that I could not sleep at all but I felt that my sleep was not sufficient). But definitely I have had insomnia.
I tried quite a lot of different ways to put myself to sleep, but none of them gave me good rest at night. Pills helped me dozed off through the night but in the morning I felt dizzy and groggy. So I stopped taking them. Then one day I came across someone giving me advice how to treat insomnia naturally.
